  • 9am PST on a Saturday doesn't work for people
  • More reminders
  • do a doodle poll to find a time that works for everyone like a month ahead of time. This means close workshop signups a month before dress rehearsal (which I think we did) and then spend that month in heavy contact with all workshop people
