In my free time, I'm helping start up Mechanical Gardens in NYC. It will be an open place where one and all can come to learn about bicycle mechanics in a friendly environment. I used to be involved at Time's Up, and am still heavily involved in Recycle-A-Bicycle. I like volunteering with others to build community and demystify tools.
