Bike!Bike! in-person conferences

Re-starting in-person event special note.  Anyone who has the general support of the community at any time will be granted access to bikebike.org resources to post information about an annual in-person B!B! event.

If your collective is hosting the annual in-person conference, you may find useful information on the Resources page. Contact bikebikeeverywhere@gmail.com or a past conference organizer for access to bikebike.org.

The conference host is normally decided at the previous year's conference. Check bikebike.org, the ThinkTank email list, social media, and other online communication resources for information on who is hosting the next conference.

Please continue the ongoing language justice tradition by hosting a fully bilingual event in at least two languages. Set a welcoming precedent for the community with airborne disease -aware event precautions such as n-95 masks, adequate HEPA filters, CO2 air quality monitors, outdoor activities, and testing. Keeping the event inclusive makes things fun for everyone!
