Center For Appropriate Transport

From Bike Collectives Wiki

The CENTER FOR APPROPRIATE TRANSPORT (CAT) is a non-profit organization committed to community involvement in manufacturing, using, and advocating sustainable modes of transportation. The Center was founded in Eugene, Oregon in the fall of 1992. Since that time, the sum of our diverse projects under one roof have encouraged synchronicity furthering this mission.

As of May 17, 2021: Sadly, the Center for Appropriate Transport in Eugene, Oregon is closed. Their website just says, "Until Further Notice," but the speculation is they won't be reopening.
