Attendees

Angie, Jonathan, April

Action items

Angie is finishing the budget spreadsheet, asking people to fill out the reference form, and contacting SuperBloom about a followup meeting. April entered information about the bikebike.org codebase in the IP spreadsheet and will coordinate with Angie to also attend the SuperBloom meeting.

Notes

SuperBloom

  • Can connect us with other orgs and resources, e.g. hosting
  • Concern: don't want to over-commit us
  • Question: Do we meet budget minimums? We don't think so.
  • Question: Do they charge fees? If so, how much?
  • They think it's cool that we're doing bikes and tech! Excited to work with us.
  • They have one full-time person and some part-time staff drawn from other tech projects.
  • Do they understand our commitment level? They know we don't have employees or large grants.
  • They're a 501c3, which gives us more flexibility in terms of transferring & receiving funds.
  • Maybe we can fill out the forms and meet with Esra'a(?) again to discuss how low-commitment we could get away with?
  • They may want slightly higher commitment than OCF did; e.g. occasional meetings with them.

  • bikebike.org codebase - technically has a license; we don't know the person who wrote it
  • wiki articles & thinktank posts- I don't think we have any kind of license or agreement; I think technically these are copyright the author(s) unless otherwise specified
