Here's our always-a-work-in-progress curriculum/class outline, followed at the end by some local resources we've found. Most of the resources are more potential for collaboration or coalition building, and will not help you in your area, unless you're in or around Colorado, but should get some creative juices flowing to give you ideas of groups you can approach.
The class structure is also a lot different now, and changes from class to class, depending on the number of students, which instructors are taking the lead, etc.
