PSU Bike Den
The Bike Den is a community-building space that aims to enhance the community and environment through the promotion of bicycle transportation and material stewardship. Different from a traditional repair shop, Bike Den staff and volunteers are available to guide and educate individuals on do-it-yourself (DIY) bike repair. It is located in the ground floor of the Penn State West Deck Parking Garage. The Bike Den opened in 2021 under the direction of Cecily Zhu.
The Bike Den provides the tools needed for users of the space to fix their bikes, as well as guidance on basic maintenance provided by staff, volunteers, and available literature.
