I am Anders of Winnipeg, also known as "the other Anders" since there are two of us who work on bikes and bike groups. I attend the University of Manitoba and I work at UMREG, the student-run recycling group there. I volunteer and run The Bike Dungeon and sometimes volunteer at The Bike Dump. In addition to the Bike Collectives Wiki, I contribute to the UMREG Wiki and Holistic Earth.
My interest in bike policy and bike repair grew from independence and frugality along with the desire to understand. Beyond bikes, I'm interested in environment and energy: alternative energy, energy policy, efficiency, human power, etc.
