I am new to bike advocacy. President of Velo Cruces Inc, a 2 year old organization in Las Cruces, NM we are trying to establish a community bike shop. We hope develop an earn-a-bike program. We have been attending planning and city council meetings. We hope to one day be known as the bike destination in New Mexico.
