<p><b>New page</b></p><div>The Wrench is a board-run non-profit in Winnipeg. We primarily run programming with youth, hold regular drop-in hours, offer summer community outreach tune-up events. The Wrench has been in operation since 2010, and covers its costs through grants, donations and bike sales. Our shop is located at Logan and McPhillips in the basement of the animal services building.</div>Godwin
