Ernie Clark, a retired New Jersey Police Officer, founded the organization in 2006 and led it until his passing in 2022. Ernie's daughter Betty Clark has taken over management of the organization. Since its founding, Second Chance has provided over 4,500 bikes to the Denver metro community.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
