== Wallonia, Belgium ==
The creation of the L'Heureux Cyclage.be network was officially announced during the L'Heureux Cyclage meetings which took place in Namur from October 20 to 23, 2011. This Walloon network was built on similar, although different, foundations to those of the French network.

The "L'Heureux Cyclage.be" network aimed to support the fifteen or so existing Walloon workshops by organizing meetings, training sessions, creating joint projects, etc. It also aimed to help the creation of new workshops that offer services to the population, focus on cycling economy , or socio-professional integration.<ref?[https://www.heureux-cyclage.org/les-ateliers-en-belgique.html L’Heureux Cyclage: Les ateliers en Belgique]</ref>
