In the world of Community Bicycle Organizations (CBOs), Language Justice could include translating existing curriculum-based programs, such as [[Maintenance Classes]], into additional languages that are used in your community. Making common translations of bicycle terminology available in your workshop can also be a helpful resource. See our Wiki page for [[Multilingualism]] for a table of translated terms. Beyond these small steps, recruiting staff or volunteers with multilingual skills and/or encouraging members of your shop network to build additional linguistic competency could enable your CBO to reach a wider segment of the population, and give your patrons a more comfortable experience with your organization.
